Listed House Extension, Devon.

This extension to a grade II listed building in Devon forms a garden room and kitchen.
The building is constructed from green oak to Peter’s design and incorporates a triple crown post vaulted roof.

The extension is thatched, reclaimed bricks are used for the plinth and a slim black Aluminium double glazed system was installed in the rebated oak frame to achieve a good thermal performance.
