Surrey Architectural Design specialists, Architectural Design Solutions have produced architectural designs and plans for a number of New Build projects in the Surrey area.

New Builds

New Build House in Surrey.

This new five bedroom home incorporates aspect of the vernacular farm -house styles of Surrey and uses the latest construction technology.

It has a series of steep pitched roofs with clay tiles and half hips and vertical tile hanging.

The roof internally is vaulted with a Queen strut truss.

Loveday Lye

Loveday Lye is a contemporary new four bedroom home set in the rolling Devonshire countryside with far reaching views.
To reflect its surroundings the building is curved with a gently undulating eyebrow in the front elevation.
The front of the building has a vast amount of glazing with stack back doors to access a glazed walkway leading to a circular cantilevered glazed balcony.
The glazing is set back and below a large roof overhang and supported by large columns reflecting the verticality of the surrounding trees and minimising the effect of the glazing as seen from the fields beyond.

New House in Surrey.

This is one of two newly built houses in the town of Reigate, Surrey.
The site is fairly narrow so the building is designed on three floors and works well within the street scene.

Pair of Cottages in Surrey.

These cottages occupy a small site yet have a spacious feel, they incorporate some of the vernacular characteristics of the rural area such as steep gables and clay tiles and a stock brick plinth.

The buildings are staggered to avoid conflicting gables and clearly define the two individual properties.
